We will be carrying three types of tomatillos; a green, yellow and purple variety.

Lime Basil-Distinct lime flavour and fragrance. Great in teas, cocktails, salads or as a garnish.
Genovese Basil-Classic basil flavour. Great for pestos, salads, or as a garnish.
Sweet Thai Basil-Purple stem with green leaves. Intense spicey basil flavour with hints of anise and cloves.
Persian Basil-A lemony-spice aroma. Purple leaves with flecks of green. Great in soups, salads, rice dishes, and teas.
Holy Basil/Tulsi Basil-Slightly hairy green leaves. Cloves and black pepper. Less sweet than most basils. Used in teas, cooking and medicinally.
Amethyst Basil-Deep purple almost black leaves. Great basil flavour. Used in soups, salads, pastas, and desserts.
Cinnamon Basil-Light Cinnamon and anise flavours. Originating from Mexico.
Attracts polinators.
Chamomile-Small white flowers with a fruity/apple flavour. Flowers are used in teas and medicinally. Plants grow to 30inches and spread.
Common Chives-Mild onion flavour. Beautiful edible purple flower. Has many culinary uses including, on baked potatoes with butter.
Garlic Chives-Perennial. Great garlic flavour. Can be used in place of garlic in some recipies.
Cruiser-48 days to harvest. Great in the garden or in pots.
Bouquet-Perfect for pickling or in flower arrangements. Large yellow blooms. 45 days to harvest. Grows to 3-4 feet tall.
True Lavender-90 days to harvest. Grows to 24inches. Used for essential oils, cut flowers, dried, soaps, or sachets.
Lemon
Lemongrass-Very lemony taste. Can be grown outside as an annual or brought inside to grow as a house plant. Used in stir-fries, curries, or soups. Also repels bugs.
